These terms are between you and Hexorium Inc. By using Rootlynq you agree to them.
Eligibility and acceptable use
Use Rootlynq only on networks you are allowed to test. Do not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer for abuse, or disrupt the service or the measurement provider.
Third-party services
Standard and Deep Diagnosis throughput measurements use Rootlynq's measurement logic over Cloudflare's measurement transport. The optional real-time quality test uses Cloudflare Calls TURN with short-lived credentials generated through Hexium. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. See Providers.
Intellectual property
Rootlynq, Helios and related marks, software and designs belong to their owners. You may share your own reports.
Your local reports
Reports you save or export are yours. They are unsigned and editable, and are not certified evidence.
Diagnostic limitations
Results are estimates from a moment in time. Rootlynq does not guarantee it will identify the exact physical fault, and a likely affected layer is not proof of a fault.
Service availability
The service may change, pause or become unavailable, including when the measurement provider is unavailable.

Rootlynq is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.
